Day 1 Arrive Delhi
Arrive in Delhi, where you will be met at the airport by our driver and transferred to your hotel. Depending on your time of arrival, you may want to rest up at your hotel, or go for a wander around your neighborhood.

Day 2 Delhi – Haridwar
After breakfast in Delhi, you will make the drive to Haridwar (140 miles/220 kms). Favorably located at the point where the Ganges River emerges from the Himalayas, Haridwar (also called Hardwar) serves as the gateway to the Char Dham of Uttarakhand. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel and take some free time to explore the ‘Panch Tirth’ or the five pilgrimages located within the periphery of Haridwar, are Gangadwara (Har Ki Pauri), Kushwart (Ghat), Kankhal, Bilwa Tirtha (Mansa Devi Temple) and Neel Parvat (Chandi Devi).
In the evening, you will attend the Aarti (evening prayer ceremony) held at Hari-ki-Pauri Ghat. The name of this famous ghat literally means “Feet of the Lord” (a footprint on a stone wall is said to belong to Lord Vishnu). In terms of spiritual importance, Hari-ki-Pauri is considered to be equivalent to Dashashwamedh Ghat where the Aarti takes place in Varanasi. Legend has it that some amrit (nectar) landed there after falling from a pot carried by the celestial bird, Garuda. Dinner and overnight stay in Haridwar.

Day 3 Haridwar – Barkot
After early breakfast, we drive for Barkot via Mussoorie and Lakha Mandal (130 miles/220 kms). En-route in Mussoorie, we visit Kempty Falls, the most fascinating and the biggest waterfall and Shedup Choephelling Temple, the 1st Tibetan shrine which was built in India and was consecrated by Dalai Lama himself.
We make our next stop at Lakha Manda Temple. As per legends of Mahabharata, Lakhamandal is the place where Duryodhan pursued Pandavas to stay in the Laksha Graha (house built of wax). Near the temple you can also view the tunnel used by Pandavas and their mata Kunti to escape from the fire. Arrive in Barkot by evening, check in to your pre-book hotel/tent. Enjoy the dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 4 BARKOT – YAMUNOTRI – BARKOT
Early morning we drive to Jankichatti from where trek to Yamunotri (6kms) begins. Arrive at Jankichatti and ascend on the trek either by walk or ride a pony or palanquin (at your own cost) to reach the temple (around 3,233 m above sea level).
Arrive at Yamunotri, you can buy prasad from the local shops then proceed take a bath in Jamnabai Kund. One can cook rice by packing it in a muslin cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the Surya Kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as “Prasad”. Next pay homage at Divya Shila, which is said to be the source from where Maa Yamuna first sprung. Take blessing of pious Yamunaji and start trekking back to Jankichatti. Proceed back to Barkot for the night stay.

Day 5 Barkot – Utarkashi
In the morning after breakfast, head to Uttarkashi via Shivgufa on the way. Visit Prakateshwar Cave or Shiv Gufa, natural caves formed by lime stone. To enter caves, one needs to crawl into it, but can stand inside. The lime stone formation resembles Shivling, thus called a Shiva Gufa.
Continue towards Uttarkashi, – an ancient land with rich cultural heritage. As the name suggests it is ‘Kashi of the North’ and one of the most picturesque towns of Garhwal region. Upon arrival in Uttarkashi, visit one of the oldest and scared temples of Shri Kashi Vishwanath. It Is believed that this temple was built by Parashurama. Enjoy the dinner and overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

Day 6 Utarkashi – Gangotri – Utarkashi
We make an early start to Gangotri, located at an altitude of 3048 mtrs. Enjoy a scenic drive that offers stunning views of the snow-capped Himalayas. According to Hindu legends Ganga is the most sacred of all rivers, descended from heaven to earth at Gangotri, when Lord Shiva released the mighty river from his locks. The river originates at Gaumukh, where it is known as Bhagirathi and after the river Alaknanda merges into it near the town of Devaprayag it acquires the name ‘Ganga’
En-route, we take a halt at Gangnani and you may take a holy dip in Garam Kund (hot spring) as it’s said to have medicinal properties. Continue drive towards Gangotri passing through the scenic Harsil valley, a serene Himalayan hamlet surrounded by snow-clad mountains, pine forests and apple orchards. On arriving at Shree Gangotri Dham, take a holy dip in Bhagirathi River. Have pooja and darshan at Gangotri Temple, Bhagirath rock and Bhagirathi River. After resting for a while in the pleasant surroundings, return to Uttarkashi for the night stay.

Day 7 Utarkashi – Guptakashi
After an early breakfast, we head to yet another beautiful journey to Guptkashi via Moolgarh and Lambgoan. Mythology describes how when the Pandava brothers were searching for a glimpse of Shiva, Shivji first concealed himself at Guptkashi, but later fled from them further up the valley to Kedarnath, where the Pandavas finally got their wish fulfilled.
En-route to Guptkashi we see the beautiful river Mandakini flowing alongside. The Mandakini River comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi. On reaching Guptakashi, we first visit ancient Kashi Vishwanath temple solely dedicated to Lord Shiva. Another small temple of deity of Sri Ardhanareeswara – half man and half women form of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati is in the same complex. There is a pond called Manikarnika Kund in front of the temple with two sprouts on either side namely Ganga and Yamuna meet. Check in and stay overnight in Guptkashi.

Day 8  Guptakashi – Kedarnath
Today we head to live one of the most awaited moments of your life. After an early breakfast, check out and leave for Sonprayag. In Sonprayag, you will hop on a local jeep to reach Gaurikund the base to begin your trek till Kedarnath Temple. If pre-booked a helicopter ride, then you will be dropped off at the respective helipad.
Filled with devout reach Kedarnath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, set in a spectacular background of snow-clad peaks and forests. Have a blissful darshan of Shri Kedarnath Ji, and feel spiritually uplifted. Don’t miss to visit the samadhi of Jagad Guru Adi Shankarcharya, who built Kedarnath temple over a thousand years ago. Enjoy the serene beauty of the place and have a peaceful overnight stay at the booked arrangement in Kedarnath.

Day 9 Kedarnath – Sonpragay – Guptakashi
Rise early to make the most of your stay in Kedarnath, by witnessing the first prayer ritual ‘Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva. The enchanting soft sound of the bells and the priests hymning mantras will rejuvenate your soul.
Yet another breathtaking experience awaits you, witness the magical sunrise over the Himalayas. Return to your lodge and check out. Start to trek your way back to Sonaprayag following the same route of arrival and if booked a helicopter reach to the helipad for your transfer back. Meet our representative and head back to your hotel in Guptkashi. Check in and relax for the day enjoying the surroundings.

Day 10 Guptakashi – Badrinath
After enjoying a sumptuous breakfast, we start our journey towards our last Dham and a crucial pillar of the India’s Bada Char Dham Yatra, ‘Badrinath’. Situated at an altitude of about 3415 mts in the Chamoli District of Uttarakhand, Badrinath lies on the shores of Alaknanda River. The town is known for its stunning beauty, pleasant weather, thick forest cover as well as the beautiful views of snow-clad mountains along the holy river flowing through the surrounding green valley.
Upon arrival, check in to the booked hotel and quickly make way to Badrinath Temple but before that one must take a dip in the curative water of the Tapt Kund. Pay homage to Badrivishal after entering the colourful & imposing entrance gate popularly known as Singhdwar. The sanctum also houses images of the god of wealth – Kubera, sage Narada, Uddhava, Nar and Narayan. Worship them and return to your hotel after the evening aarti.

Day 11 Badrinath – Rudrapragay
After breakfast, check out and visit Mana Village, the last Indian village near Indo-Tibetan border. Located close by is Bhim Pul a massive rock forming a natural bridge, lies over the roaring Saraswati river. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passage under the rock and is believed to have been placed there by Bhim, the second eldest among the five Pandava brothers.
Next visit Vyas Gufa, a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata and the pauranic commentaries. Commence your journey towards Rudraprayag the confluence of the Alaknanda and Mandakini Rivers via Joshimath. The winter seat of Lord Badri, Joshimath is a sacred place dedicated to Lord Narasimha, worshipped for killing the monster Hiranyakashipu. Reach Rudraprayag by dusk and enjoy your stay in the booked hotel.

Day 12 Rudrapragay – Rishieskh

Have an early breakfast and leave to visit the Rudranath temple, Narad temple, and Guru Goraknath temple before proceeding towards Rishikesh. Rishikesh ‘place of sages’ is celebrated as spiritual town on the bank of Ganga and known as the ‘Yoga Capital of the World’.

On reaching Rishikesh, we visit Prati Badri Kedarnath Temple – a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lakshman Mandir – place where Lakshman meditated to attain enlightenment, and Lakshman Jhulla – a famous hanging bridge across the river Ganges.  Check in to your hotel and have a relaxing stay.

Day 13 Rishikesh – Delhi
The Char Dham Yatra comes to an end with the fond memories and blessings of the almighty. It is time now to say goodbye, our representative will transfer you to Delhi airport to board your flight back home.

As per the company policy we accept 50% of the total tour cost and 100% of the domestic airfare as an advance at the time of confirming the tour. The balance payment is received at the time of the guest arrival in New Delhi or 10 working days ahead of the traveling date. Please note that any failure in the payment or delay in the payment will result in the cancelation of the tour.

HNK Travel Solutions believes that most people who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing, in any case the date of cancellation will be at the date on which notice is received. As this incurs administrative cost and retention charges by hotel, the cancellation charges will apply on the following scale:

  1. Please read emails carefully and understand the contents and prices. All the email conversations will be also part of your contract with us once you make the booking.
  2. There is no deluxe facilities in Kedarnathji due to high altitude. There only serve you bed system.
  3. As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check-in. valid identifications documents are: Passport & Visa together, Voters Id card, Current Drivers License, Aadhar Card. All the documents must include a photograph.
  4. Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for any ID proof related issues.
  5. Generally hotel check in time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 11:00 hrs across India. Confirm early check in or late checkout will be chargeable if not included in cost. Kindly contact hotel directly if you want complimentary early check in or late check out.
  6. If meals are included in package it will be served at set menu basis in a buffet menu / fixed / meal credit. Any items which are not in their in ideal Buffet / Fixed menu will be charged extra at the time of consumption. Hotels decide the menu and options of items for menu. Some hotels having Meal credit policy instead of Buffet or Fixed Menu during low occupancy in hotel – This meal credit amount is decided by hotel management – if bills goes above the given meal credit amount then extra amount should be paid directly at respective hotel. Room service for the food or packing is charged extra at many hotels. Normally in Chardham you will get north Indian type food only and most of the standard and deluxe hotels give thali if meals are included in package.
  7. Breakfast Timing: 07:00 Am to 09:00 AM And Dinner: 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM (About the timing you can contact hotel management before.)
  8. Normally for extra bed on double sharing rooms many hotels has rollaway bed while rest of the hotels provide extra mattress only. If you are not comfortable with mattress system instead of bed let us know in advance.
  9. In hill areas or Chardham many hotels don’t have ac so if you insist ac only kindly confirm with the company regarding the same. Lift facility & power back up is not available in most of the hotels in Chardham. Wifi facility and room heater is mostly chargeable but don’t expect good wifi in Chardham hotels due to network issues most of the time.
  10. Most of the hotels in Chardham are not running full year so don’t expect similar service and room quality like you get in Haridwar Rishikesh in the same price range. Especially in may June and other busy days the budget/standard hotels in Chardham can cost more than deluxe hotel in Haridwar Rishikesh or Delhi. Also if you want to stay good hotels with good reviews you need to book at least 3 months before in may June and 1-2 month before in Oct Nov season as good hotels are mostly booked in advance by groups. In Kedarnath there is only basic dharamshala / budget hotel type basic facility only even if your package is luxury in Kedarnath don’t expect even deluxe rooms.
  1. AC will not work in all hill areas or stopped / parked vehicle. Hill areas will start from Dehradun onwards as well from Rishikesh onwards and ac will not work beyond those points.

  1. Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and inside the city limits or which is mentioned in itinerary. For additional sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits or substitute sightseeing kindly contact company. Refund is not possible if any particular sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions kindly inform company in advance or discuss these things with company rather than driver. All nearby sightseeing points should be covered together. However in case of sometime issues with some particular place we can adjust. In Chardham route some of the places are not on the way like Trijuginarayan, Lakhamandal, Auli, Kalimath, Neelkanth Mahadev, AdiBadri, BhavishyaBadri etc. Kindly contact directly to company in case you want to include these places rather than driver.
  2. Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
  3. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
  4. In case the driver is not cooperative kindly contact company on the spot.
  5. Driver will not drive on No-entry zones and should not be forced to drive on narrow streets or roads which can create traffic jam. Normal working hours of driver is 12 hrs in case you want services more than 12 hours in a day kindly inform us in advance.
  6. In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
  7. Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please mentions email conversation before booking)
  8. In case you want multiple visit to the some particular place kindly mention in advance because some places are having very high charges of parking.
  9. Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice (Amended route and tour Destination rates may be change)
  10. The rates are subject to change, depending on the fluctuation of diesel/Petrol prices in India. If the prices increased more than 5 % than the time of booking we will increase the rate even if the rates are confirmed earlier.
  11. Company reserves the right to give you a similar car if the car you booked is unavailable.
  12. At many of the tourist destination / hill station - some of the road / shopping market / mall road have "NO ENTRY" for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depends on destination along with time restrictions also. In this kind of situation guest have to manage another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on direct payment basis, this cost is not included in ideal package inclusion.
  13. Some time vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
  14. No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities.
  15. No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, road blocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the customer could not reach the destination and which is beyond our control.
  16. Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the course of the tour.
  17. All rights reserved to management to cancel any service without any refund until full advance amount towards the service is received from the customer and accepted by company.
  18. Company Here by expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdictions or country other than India. Company considers itself and intends to the jurisdictions only of the court of Haridwar, Uttarakhand India.

  2. Valid identification is required as well as biometric registration.
  3. There are 3 different helipad locations (Phata, Sirsi and Agatsya Muni) and ticket will be booked according to availability. If your hotel is far from helipad you need to start early to reach on time. If you prefer particular helipad only kindly contact company before making payment.
  4. If the helicopters are not flying for any reason like weather or other reason we will be not responsible. You will get your money for helicopter ticket cost refund but date change will be difficult for us. In case of cancelation of flight for the day due to any reason, the current day passenger will be given priority over previous day passenger. Previous passengers may be accommodated subject to availability of seats; else full fare will be refunded. No extra refund for meals / accommodation / transport will be provided only helicopter ticket cost will be refund.
  5. Aerial photography from helicopter is prohibited.
  6. Reporting time for Helicopter is as per the aviation company information on ticket and we will be not able to change it and if you don’t reach on reporting time no refund is possible. All passengers should report at the given reporting time, the boarding may take place any time after that depending on traffic and flight schedule. Boarding time can take 2 hrs also after reporting but guest must reach on time according reporting time.
  7. The same day return passengers will get only 2 hrs for darshan at Kedarnath Ji Dham.
  8. Priority Darshan passes (VIP tickets) for Kedarnath temple for same day passenger will be charged as per rates decided by Badri-Kedar Temple Committee (BKTC). Approx 1100 to RS 2500 Per Person. That amount you have to pay as per crowd & committee instruction at the helipad.
  9. Seating of the passengers will be depending on the helicopter load carriage and guests may have to be divided in separate flights.
  10. Two way passengers will have priority over one way passengers.
  11. Night halt passengers will be booked for 1400 hrs onwards flights only. Reporting time at Kedarnath helipad, next day for return flights, will be 0600 hrs. Night halt passengers will be allowed to stay at Kedarnath after the declaration by Govt. of Uttarakhand
  12. Passenger weight more than 80 kg have to pay additional Rs 150/kg for additional weight. Weight will be calculated individually and will not be offset with another passenger.
  13. Passengers are entitled only one piece of baggage weighing not more than 2 kilograms, any additional piece of baggage will not be allowed.
  14. Children above 2 years of age will be provided with a seat and will be charged full fare. For infants less than two years is free and no seat will be provided to the infants.
  15. Aviation company liability in case of any injury death or damage or lost of property etc will depend on civil aviation rules and regulations (Carriage by air act as per the latest rules). All disputes regarding this should be between particular aviation services Provider Company and guest directly and India Easy Trip will not be liable.
